Pelaksanaan Handover Perawat dengan Komunikasi SBAR pada Pelayanan Keperawatan

This study explores the handover implementation of SBAR communication in 2000 service Surgery Room Y Regional General Hospital, Papua Province. The research design uses an exploratory phenomenological approach with a purposive approach. results this obtained five themes: nurses' knowledge, understanding, constraints, benefits communication, and experiences. After researching changes doing handovers using namely, can be done short time, decreasing number unexpected events, there is new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based on theory used. Before research, random incidence rate was 60.2%; after study, Unexpected Events (KTD) 55.13%. Handover time before duration 25 minutes; then, it done, became 19 minutes. In conclusion, themes were found, namely experiences.
